SIP’s A-class scenic spots saw 326,800 tourist arrivals (up 9.98% YOY) during the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival which, reckoned on the fifteenth day of the eighth month on the Chinese lunar calendar, fell on Sept 13 this year. This proves its increasing popularity among local residents and tourists.

Jinji Lake Scenic Area is one of the most-visited spots. The lakeshore footpath, diverse art exhibitions, wonderful performances and elaborately designed festival celebrations attracted a continuous flow of visitors.

Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort offered the local cycling club members a chance to enjoy a free tour around the area with their families. The tour included experience activities that allowed the participants to gain a better understanding of meteorology and unmanned aerial vehicles.

Moreover, the installation art exhibition consisting of about 1,000 bunny models at Yi’Oulai Outlets stunned the visitors. The exhibits were designed by Italian designer Stefano Giovannoni as a token of festival blessing for the viewers.

On top of that, there were various parent-child events across SIP and exciting and fantastic entertainment projects at HB World, a film-themed entertainment complex.
