Diverse “vitality factors” activate new engine for business development

SIP is continuing to see burgeoning business development this summer. Diverse “vitality factors” have jointly fostered a consumption landscape featuring deep integration of culture, travel and business on the banks of Jinji Lake.

Technology and art are major “vitality factors” for this area. The fascinating displays of the 500-meter-long Sky Screen at the Harmony Times Square attract lots of people every night, and the “Waterfront Concerts” on weekends and holidays allow visitors to the square to enjoy a wonderful leisurely night to the accompaniment of beautiful songs.

At Moon Harbor, the City Healing Project, a large artistic installation exhibition jointly created by a branch of SIP-based Sungent Group and young artist Tyler Tian, is underway, featuring three sets of human- and animal-shaped installations characterized by transparent, illuminated bodies that feast people’s eyes while healing their hearts.

The Dang Dang Life Festival that started in April has toured to four business districts so far, providing the participants with an integrated experience of traveling, entertaining and shopping.

“First stores”, referring to the first branches of domestic and international brands in China or in a certain region in the country, have become another “vitality factor”. Among them are those of the famous beverage brand Liang Ji You Fang, the hotel brand Atour S Hotel, and the Italian bike brand Colnago, which have brought consumers in SIP brand-new experiences.
