The Jinji Lake Music Fountain shows are at 7:00pm, 8:00pm and 9:00pm on Fridays, Saturdays and statutory holidays (excluding the last day of a holiday). Each of them lasts 20 minutes. In case of rain, snow, gales and other weather unsuitable for the operation of the musical fountain, the fountain is temporally closed.

Due to construction on No.8 Rail Transit, from 6 July, 2020, Huachi Street(the section between Xiandai Avenue and East Suzhou Avenue), Zhongyuan Road(the section between Wangdun Road and Jinrong Street), Jinrong Street(the section between Zhongyuan Road and You’an Street) will be closed until further notice. Sorry for any inconveniences!

The maximum holding capacity of the scenic area is 273,000 person-time(entries) per day, and instant capacity is 137,000 person-time.

Lighting show at Gate of the Orient is on every Friday night; it is on at two nights in case of legal holidays, to be specific, the first night of the holiday period and the previous night before; the show time is from nightfall (getting dark)until 22:00.

Small train on Ligongdi Causeway has stopped running since May 11, 2019 and when it will be restarted remains undecided.
