As the fifth property to the group’s collection of luxury hotels in Chinese mainland, Niccolo Suzhou perching on the top floors of IFS tower beside Jinji Lake opened to public at the beginning of April this year. Towering towards the clouds, the hotel has set a new record of height for hotels in Suzhou; Ritz-Carlton hotel opened its first Suzhou branch and the shop is now residing in Jinji Lake business district, which came as the fourth chain store in the Yangtze River Delta; Capella Hotel holds the pride of place on the eastern bank of Jinji Lake as the brand’s third chain store in China. The project aims to build a luxury hotel on the shore of Jinji Lake integrating such functions as dining, sightseeing, entertainment and meeting. With these hotels joining in, the cluster of high-end hotels along the east and west banks of Jinji Lake is growing larger.

Since Renaissance Suzhou Hotel opened in 2006, a list of world-famous names in hospitality industry have shown themselves one after another around Jinji Lake including Kempinski, Crowne Plaza, InterContinental Suzhou, Hyatt Regency, Lamborghini, Hilton, Shangri-La…. Jinji Lake scenic area has become a place for congregation of well-known hotels.
