SIP was one of the country’s most popular tourist destinations during the one-week National Day holiday from Oct 1 to 7. The scenic spots and resorts in the high-tech park recorded 1.66 million tourist arrivals.The audio-visual shows at Jinji Lake Music Fountain, the bazaars under the newly upgraded Sky Screen at SIP’s Harmony Times Square, the open-air cinema, diverse art performances and exhibitions attracted many people.

There were also lots of people who chose to spend part of their holiday in nature, like strolling around the hairawn muhly (Muhlenbergia capillaris) garden at Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort.

The 3rd Jiangnan Han Culture and Art Festival that kicked off at the film-themed entertainment complex HB World was an eye-catcher, too.
