Five citizens and tourists will have the chance to enjoy a free sailboat tour on Jinji Lake on the nights of Oct 22 and 23, the organizing committee of the 2021 (12th) Lake Cup Regatta (LCR) said.

Initiated in 2011, the annual LCR has become a brand event in SIP. The 2021 LCR is set to take place at Jinji Lake, SIP from Oct 21 to 24, when about 300 professional sailors and sailing enthusiasts will compete in a series of races.

The LCR program last year included a nighttime race which received positive response from both the racers and the spectators. This year, the nighttime race will be paired with an experience activity open to citizens and tourists. Application is acceptable from Oct 8.
