The Jinji Lake CBD is sparing no effort to support SIP to realize the goal of becoming a world-class high-tech park.

The CBD now has about 100 commercial buildings which are home to more than 1,500 financial service organizations, about 200 high-grade professional service organizations and over 50 organizations on various top 100 lists of the country. Of these buildings, 38 contribute RMB100 million or more to local tax revenue each year.

In the northern part of the CBD, the Yangcheng Digital Valley is taking shape. It focuses on smart manufacturing and modern services to develop into a highland for digital economy.

Concurrently, a number of industrial clusters including Suhua Science Park and 56 Cultural and Creative Park have been upgraded in an all-around way.

The authorities of the CBD have adopted a series of policies and measures for talent introduction and retention, patent application and upgrading of industrial facilities.

In addition, the Jinji Lake CBD Industrial Parks Alliance has formed to help enhance interactions and cooperation between governments, industrial carriers and enterprises.

The CBD also hosts a variety of events each year to enhance its ties with the world. Among the recent events were the 2023 (2nd) Sino-Italian Cultural Exchange Festival themed “Festa dell’amicizia” and the coffee bazaar held in Jinji Lake Scenic Area.

The CBD hopes to further increase its economic and cultural vitality by facilitating integration of different types of business, accelerating brand introduction and creation and improving urban management.
