The Jinji Lake Walk of Stars, designed to spread film art, opened to the public after four months of construction. It is expected to become a new tourist attraction in SIP.

The about 400-meter-long walk comprises theme sculptures, a footpath and guard bars with introductions to the evolution of Chinese and global film art, Chinese artists who have won the Lifetime Achievement Award of the Golden Rooster Awards as well as Suzhou-native artists and filmmakers.

The preliminary jury deliberations (Suzhou) for the 36th Golden Rooster Awards were launched concurrently.
