After the Beginning of Autumn, the 13th of the 24 Chinese Solar Terms and the first in autumn which fell on Aug 7 this year, the Jinji Lake CBD has begun to roll out “new paintings” that are special in this season.

Different from the refreshing spring scenery and the splendid summer scenes, the autumn landscape in the area features spectacular fall foliage and cool weathers. There are many sites around Jinji Lake for enjoying the lake scenery, and the newly renovated Jinji Station 06 is one of the best.

The Jinji Station 06 sits near the sailboat wharf at the Lake Watching Corner. The huge sailboat sculpture on its root forms a beautiful picture with the sky and boats dotted along the lakeshore. The sightseeing platform on the second floor offers a broad view of the lake and its surroundings. It is particularly amazing in the sunset glow.

Moreover, the skies tend to be more beautiful in autumn. It is common to see white clouds floating in the skies that look like blue crystals.

In the evening, all the buildings are covered by the golden gauze created by the setting sun, and the waters and skies merge in one color.

The trees and grass are seizing the last chance to show their green dresses. It is a wonderful experience to take a walk or cycle in the shades of the trees, or simply lie down on a lawn to watch the sky.
